By using mobile phone can we listen what a person thinking in his mind. If so what are the consequences or impact on that person.
Is there any origination working in this field? like intelligence agencies please give me any contact if available.

I'm going to go ahead and say, no not at this time.
Keep in mind the amount of technology that is currently used to see brain waves:
* Items stuck to peoples heads in multiple places,
* Digital Readout is only a wavey signal and the read out is anything but a thought pattern.
To have a hand held device that can pick up brain waves would take some serious battery power. Come to think of it, people have been complaining about the newest version of Apples IOS being a battery hog.
