I’m sitting here in Prescott, Arizona thinking about my amazing friend Avtar who is celebrating a very special birthday today. Quite a monumental occasion considering that when he was born he wasn’t expected to live.
Most people know Avtar is a Mr. Universe Champion, but fewer know the whole inspiring story about how he got there from being a sick, skinny little boy watching gymnists on TV.
I’ve had the great pleasure of getting to know him personally through Token Rock, and from our first talk I knew we’d be friends.
Avtar is on an 8 Life Path, the path of learning how to combine influence, power, and wealth with spirituality. Quite an interesting challenge, and critically important to the many VIPs whose lives literally depend on his ability to reach inside their souls and persuade them to give health a chance.
Avtar’s Maturity Number is 9 which means the older he gets the more passionately he’ll be drawn to making a difference in the world, taking his influence as a force for good to a significantly higher level.
He’s already been traveling the globe for about 30 years, working directly with clients to identify and change the negative patterns preventing them from experiencing top levels of health and wellness.
His clients have included Oprah Winfrey, Barbra Streisand, Sophia Loren, Janet Jackson, Charlie Sheen, John Assaraf, top athletes and business leaders.
Avtar has immense respect and compassion for business executives who are highly driven to succeed. His life’s work is ‘helping them acquire and maintain the peak levels of energy, health & fitness necessary to reach the top’.
And his own life story is the basis for his teachings. He was born a sickly, 2-pound child in the back of a truck, with little hope of living to adulthood. He used mental exercises to overcome immense personal struggles and emerge with great success.
Ultimately Avtar became a champion bodybuilder, earning the titles of Mr. France, Mr. Europe, Mr. World, and Mr. Universe (all by the age of 23), making him the youngest athlete to win a Mr. Universe title after Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He currently specializes in ‘Wellness & Fitness Interventions’ for high-level executives. His mission is to save the lives of those on the verge of physical collapse due to stress and imbalance in their personal lives and careers.
Usually hired by family and friends of those in need of intervention, he often arrives unannounced, eliminating the procrastination factor and saving lives. Through his keynote speeches he now shares his unique mental techniques with celebrities, business magnates and ‘soccer moms’ all over the world.
