Have you ever wondered why certain things happen to you? Not just from a perspective that you have to learn something from the experience. What if you created an experience just to have the experience for the fun of it? What if… it is an experience for you to just enjoy it all by your Self! What if you interacted in a relationship that doesn’t have to be deep or intense for purposes of a trauma drama? How about having an experience in a relationship with someone that is simply fun?
Allow your Self a self paradigm shift by simply asking your Self these questions. Can I have fun with my Self? Can I have an experience that just belongs to me for me??? Can I have an experience that I don’t have to share with anyone? Can I create an experience or experiences to enjoy the moment? Maybe it’s going to the movies by your Self. Maybe it’s treating your Self to a gourmet restaurant that you always wanted to go to and getting all dressed up just for you!
Maybe it’s spending time with your Self by asking your body what would it be like to feel nurtured. Maybe it is spending time by turning off the phone, turning off the TV, putting on your favorite comfy clothes, journaling, listening to your favorite music or talking to your Self by asking your Self questions and listening to your body’s perfect answer. Doing all of these ideas WITHOUT GUILT! Doing something for your Self that doesn’t involve anyone else but YOU!
You came here to experience your life! So start with being with your Self, being in the moment and allowing your body to feel the experience that you are in. You create the experience. How fabulous is that. Observe what is your body doing, how are you feeling about the experience, and ask, what prompted you to create the experience in the first place.
The reason for experiencing the experience is to bring you to full awareness to all that is going on in your life: self created, brought to you by the Universe or brought to you by someone else or something else in your life. Without judging the experience see if it works for your or not! See if you desire to participate in the experience. See if it is something that benefits you.
As you practice experiencing an experience, it now becomes a progressive process putting you in the driver’s seat of your life of being a full participant and fully aware of the choices you make about the experiences you have. You feel and see that you are indeed the one who creates the experience, how you choose to participate in the experience or not and it gives you sovereignty over the experience itself.
So go out an experience the experience! Perhaps this will prompt you to be more excited about the experiences you create!
